Communicating with Miss Bogner:
Email:
You may email me using my school address ([email protected]). I try to respond to email as promptly as possible. Please remember that if you email me just before school or during the day, I may not have prep time to answer right away. My priority is always working with your children, so I may not be at my desk. If something is of a more urgent nature, you can always leave a message with the office. Also, I always respond to your emails, even with a simple "thanks," so if you don't hear back, I may not have received your message.
Phone Calls:
If you need to leave a message for me with the office, Miss Ally and Mrs. Rogers ask that you remember that the office is a high traffic place, and to ensure privacy, keep your message short and simple. I will return your phone calls during a prep time or after school. Also, with our new phone system, you have the option of leaving a message directly in my voice mail box. You can reach me at ext. 263.
Notes:
Notes are great for communication about after school transportation, doctor appointments, cough drops, etc. or any other info that may not be as urgent as the need for a phone call.
Conferences:
If you would like to meet with me, please send me an email or note so that we can set up an agreeable time before or after school.
